Worker gave an estimated time, but was 20 min past that time when I entered the Bay.No option to wait inside and have to wait in your car. Not great when the heat index is over 100 (I feel bad for the workers too!)The previous ownership also washed windows and vacuumed the inside of the car for a lower price. Valvoline does not provide these services and costs more.The workers don't seem to like their job.
