My wife came in for a simple oil change, and they convinced her she needed a new cabin filter. No matter if she did or not, they didn’t tell her the cost, which was $55. You can buy one of those for $10-$20 easily. Upcharging a product 5 times what it cost you is extremely immoral. Taking advantage of someone that doesn’t know what they are getting isn’t right either. Going in for a simple oil change and leaving with a $120 bill isn’t right. I won’t be surprised if this place is closed in the next two months.

My car had just been washed before going to get oil changed, the tech had oil hand prints on my hood and front fender. He also didn't know how to take off my airbox lid. And the price was pretty steep for an oil change and air filter, with the $18 coupon it cost me $175 for my mustang.

I liked the fact that the waste oil was evacuated from the up side rather than removing the plug from the oil pan thus reducing the risk of stripping the threads or cross threading the plug. No leaks. The facility was immaculately clean.

When I was offered a certain thing I told them I didn’t want it. And then showed the guy that I already had bought a Lucas “tune up” and the man said that the one they had was better. I told him I didn’t want it and I had to pay for it anyways. There was actually a couple things I had told them I didn’t want and looking at the receipt I was charged for the service anyways
