I do not know if it is apart of the service since there are many sealed components these days but this is my second visit and my control arms on the truck did not get grease in the fittings, perhaps l will remember to ask next time if it is apart of my oil change. But overall the guys do a really good job.

The staff was quick to get to work when I got there and were happy to explain what was happening, they asked if they could check my cabin air filter(which i just replaced). I asked about a service that he said he was literally just going to tell me about. I mentioned that I could commit to doing that today but would bring it back and felt no pressure or dissatisfaction from the gentleman whom assisted.

When I first arrived I was instructed promptly by the staff. I was told to wait in my car and open my car door for my vehicle to be scanned in. From there, they got to work right away on performing my oil change. The tech explained to me every product and pricing very clearly. They filled my tires, fluids, and showed me my vehicle's oil stick after my oil was changed. Any time a tech needed my attention they would say, "excuse me miss" - very polite and knowledgeable staff.
