After they got off the phone (with what sounded like a personal call), they didnu2019t have the oil filter needed to do the service. Their solution was for me to go to the VIOC down the street to get a filter and come back, because the one down the road didnu2019t have the oil I needed. An overall cluster, so I left,

Something went wrong and they will not own up to it! I go there often and Iu2019ve never had a problem! Now when I accelerate there is a loud noise along with acceleration. My car wasnu2019t sounding like that previous to getting this oil change. I turned around and went right back to see if something was left undone. The manager assured me that he couldnu2019t see anything that they could have done, and maybe it was due to the new oil being transferred. Duhhh oils been changed plenty of times never heard this before. I leave Iu2019m driving it seems to get louder I called now I speak with AJ he says maybe they can change the oil out again. So they do and the noise still persist. Whatever happened it happened there! Nobody is owning up to anything. I hate this happened I usually have great experiences there always this same place.
