They checked my lights, tire pressure and asked if I was interested in other services they offered, WHILE I WAS GETTING THE OIL CHANGED! Sometimes, you will have to hear a sales pitch on other services before they start work on what you asked for. So, that’s what impressed me.

I had come in at the end of February for an oil change as well as new windshield wipers. On Sunday, 5-2624, I was driving home from Indianapolis and one of those wipers that had been replaced completely flew off my car while driving on the highway in a very bad thunder storm. I immediately drove straight to the location that did it. They were very accommodating and apologized profusely. They said they had not installed them properly, took the other wiper off that apparently was also not on correctly and replaced them properly with new wipers.
