From the moment I entered the bay, I was kindly greeted and felt welcome. The manager was on hand and highly involved in my service as well as helping to train an employee on procedures. My car was thoughtfully assessed and serviced. The manager was friendly and good at educating me on the services being performed on my vehicle. He was equally involved in performing maintenance as well. It is this type of service that brings me back time and again to this sole location.

One of the lugnuts broke off during my tire rotation. I understand this happens, and the staff was very apologetic, making arrangements to fix it. However, fixing it requires a trip to a mechanic in another town, plus scheduling an appointment. It would be nicer if there were closer alternatives to get the problem fixed, or if Valvoline provided its crews with the tools to fix what sounds like a common problem.
