I had an issue when I checked my oil at home it appeared to be over full. I just had my oil change a month ago so I go into have it checked out. I explained I had been here a month ago and oil looks over filled and would like some removed. The man on duty immediately made me feel like I did something wrong. By stating that was awhile ago anytime could have happened. I said nothing happened because all I do is get oil change and have no oil related issues. He sent a wonderful woman over to help me. She checked my oil. At first she said it looks over filled but got a flashlight to confirm it was overfilled and I have a glossy oil dip a will need to use flashlight when I checked. She made me feel good by expressing how proud she is of me even checking my oil. Said most people don't. Im not sure after all these years I will be back. The only reservation I have I the way the guy was questioning me in the beginning. He could have made me feel like he was concerned instead of making me feel like I did something wrong.
