My experience this time was completely different from my first visit, and honestly, that’s disappointing because my first experience is what made me come back.
The man who performed my oil change was very disrespectful, rude, and seemed visibly agitated throughout the entire interaction. I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions because of his attitude.
My first visit was the complete opposite. The woman who helped me then took the time to explain everything to me. As a young woman taking care of my own car, that meant a lot. She made me feel educated, confident, and comfortable by answering my questions without making me feel like I should already know the answers. That level of customer service is what earned my trust and brought me back.
Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that same level of professionalism or respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer service can make all the difference in whether someone chooses to return.
