I had to correct the technicians on how the tire rotation needed to be done, my vehicle calls for the tires to be rotated in a crossing pattern, and they were going rotate them from front to back. Not a big deal, all cars are different.

Upon leaving about halfway home my skid plate fell loose after I asked them to make sure it was not attached after a pervious oil change at site. I called store they sent out employee in his own personal car to detach and assess damage. We returned to the unit and the assistant manager? Told me that his tech told him he only removed 7 pins and there should be 18I elt this to be funny as it was newly replaced at dealership and I had gpt like 2 oil changes from this place only. That would point blame back at store seeing we have an issue with the techs not reinstalling properly not once not twice but now 3 times and I incurred an expense the first skid plate that came off. Ok so then they informed me they reinstaled w 19 new fatter screws which they keep as spares for just this occasion? Hum sound off? They guy made me fewl like I was to blame and that does not sit well with me. He was nice but just dont come back and say well my tech forgot to inform me before you left there was 7 screws in skid plate? I call BS. Anyway

Right away I was impressed with the employees manners. The staff member I had the most interaction with was John. I was surprised to find out later that John is a manager, but there he was working right alongside his staff seeming like a regular employee. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, kind. He saved me a lot of money with doing my headlight. I would definitely return. You should be really proud of the staff.
