I usually prefer coming to this Valvoline over the other ones in the area. The kids that work here did not check my tires they did not check my lights the kid running the show pressured me like crazy to have my transmission flushed when I told him twice that I don't have the time or the money to do it right now then he gets smart with me and tells me that he can't guarantee he can give me this price next time I come in I don't really care about the price I can get it done somewhere for $120 I go to Valvoline in Edwardsville because I'm a loyal customer but right now I don't think I'm coming back along with me and everyone I talk to that's about 16 people I was not done right and I'm very disappointed
