The Service Center Mgr saved me from being stranded. I came in for a simple oil change, then upon leaving my truck went into limp mode ( would not get out of first gear). I brought her back to Jake? He was so helpful by hooking her up on the diagnostic to make sure what the problem or error code was and made me promise to take her to my mechanic to get fixed asap. Hey Jake, it was the alternator and she is fixed😃 Thank you so much for helping a Damsel in distress. You and your team are amazing! Continued Blessings!!
