UPDATE: Worst corporate customer service experience I've had. The manager didn't show to the store when he said he would. Then refused to call me back and made his asst mgr call me. They can't file claims, only mgrs and corporate. So he couldn't fix anything and was all shoulders and told me they would order another part. I can't take off another day of work and lose hundreds more for them to fix their screw up. So I filed a claim with corporate. We'll see if they actually follow through. $160 transmission service has cost me hundreds of dollars in work loss and frustration. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. Absolutely awful. The last two times I've used Valvoline they've messed something up. Last time they didn't drain my oil properly and they overfilled/ over pressurized the engine and I had to go back twice to get it corrected. This time they didn't secure a skid plate properly and it got damaged. After I talked to the manager and scheduled when I would be back in to meet with him and have it fixed, he ended up not being there for the meeting so his assistant manager reattached this skid plate but I couldn't file a claim or discuss compensation.
