CAME IN TO GET OIL CHANGE ON A TRUCK I HAD JUST PURCHASED AND HAD A COUPON FOR $15.00 OFF. THEY OVER INFLATED MY TIRES DID NOT ADD ANY OTHER FLUIDS OTHER THEN CHANGING MY OIL. THE REASON I KNOW THIS IS THAT ON WAY HOME TRIED TO USE MY WIPER FLUID AND NOTHING CAME OUT. SO WHEN I GOT HOME I HAD TO FILL IT UP AND ALSO ANTI FREEZE RESERVOIR WAS EMPTY. THEY ALSO PUT 6 QUARTS OF OIL IN AND DID NOT INFORM ME. I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID YOU ARE AWARE SIR THAT THIS VEHICLE TAKES 6 QUARTS NOT 5. aLSO THEY DID NOT RESET MY CHANGE OIL SOON LIGHT AND I HAD TO GO TO AUTO ZONE AND ASK THEM TO RESET IT.

I informed the team as I applied brakes a bit hard my coolant low light would come on - please check the coolant level. As leaving, I asked if coolant level was checked/topped off. Answer YES. Next day I applied sudden braking & coolant low light came on. I drove home to add coolant. A battery load test was also performed and when I opened the hood to add coolant, the battery cover was not only not secured to the battery case, it was totally separate from the battery and ready to fall out of the engine compartment into the street. This really torqued me off...

The staff was unable to remove a part to start the oil change which cost almost 30 minutes in time. The manager had left with the part necessary to complete the oil change. Once he returned with the part they were able to continue. Also I could not get a tire rotation because the shop did not have a big enough lug nut to remove one of the nuts from my car.
