They told me my air filter was too hard to get to so they couldn’t check it. I said that was funny cause I’ve never been told that. I have 6 Ram Promaster being serviced there and I’ve always had them check air filter. I am a fleet account and when I brought next can to them (on 7/7) I found out that they did not discount me so I paid $12 more for it. When I told them on 7/7 I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Somehow on 7/7 (the same person) could check air filter and tried to change it but they used wrong air filter which caused hoses to collapse. I told them to put back on old filter. Horrible 2 van service. I have 2 more due this weekend and I’m not sure where to go.
