I came in to have a standard oil change on my RAM ProMaster work van earlier in the week. While that was being completed, I spoke with the Manager (Mike) about some bulbs that were out. He looked over them and said that they would be able to replace them. Mike went above and beyond with installing the new bulbs and also educated me on other components of my van to maintain and check. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and informative (they always are), and are always honest about the extent of their services and knowledge. I always recommend Valvoline, especially this location, to anyone who asks for a place.

I had just been to the Jiffy Lube in La Grange Park where they had sent me away two days in a row because I came during their lunch and morning breaks and they said they didn't have the staff to help me.
