Long wait time with only one oil change ahead of me when I arrived. Not overly friendly staff. I made it clear I needed my tires aired up, they did two, and then I think forgot to go back in to do the other two. Didn’t seem overly concerned with making it a good experience. I chose Valvoline because I had been to the one in Carbondale, which was always quick and courteous, but Marion is closer for me. I would rather make the 30 minute drive to Carbondale than go to this one again.
