The gentleman who did most of the work, was extremely friendly and courteous. Seemed very friendly and genuine. Showed several different options with recommended services and wasn't pushy with any of it. He showed respect and friendliness the entire time. And when he had to step away from my door to do something, he explained and asked if that was OK. He was very epediant and tried to finish completely and as quickly as possible.
