I had an oil change yesterday at another close Valvoline location, and after I left to drive to Marion this morning for work, was notified of oil in the floor of my garage. I zipped into Marion's Valvoline and explained my concern of not being able to drive back to the original store, and Cordell looked over my vehicle, found an overtightened plug, swapped out the filter and cleaned the oil pan from the slow leak overnight. He showed me what caused the leak and reassured I was taken care of and wouldn't have any further issues, at no charge. I truly appreciate the extra effort he and Mat gave me so I could confidently drive home, even though the issue was not caused by this store. Thank you!
