The last time I went there I took my 18 Jeep Grand Cherokee V6 for an oil change and apparently the time before this time they didn't vacuum out all the oil, they left 2 quarts of oil in my engine then proceeded to put the recommended amount of 6 quarts in the engine on top of the 2 quarts, I drove several months without knowing that, my car had trouble starting because of it, I was thinking it was my battery, but once they changed it and put the correct amount in it, it starts up just fine, and their excuse was, oh we have trouble getting all the oil out of those engines with the tubing and vacuum system, it makes you think how many other Chrysler vehicles are running with to much oil in them in the area, do better!
