Better communication would go a long way. My vehicle was in the bay, with me in it for 15-20 minutes before service began and no one communicated to me what was going on. I believe all staff were struggling to solve a problem with another customer’s vehicle but a simple conversation with me about was going on would have been much appreciated.I also believe the service was not a good value. I pulled into this location not realizing it was a new/different business. I have been getting my service done at this location for years. The service had never cost this much and I didn’t feel I received more for the increased cost.I payed for and believe I received a full synthetic oil change but they explained the sticker for the windshield would only allow them to put the mileage based on a regular oil change. What it with that?

Oil cap was improperly installed causing the check engine light to come on. Had to figure it out the problem when I got home. Associate did a diagnostic test in hopes of finding the problem. “P1D83” code.
