I went to this place sometime last year. The oil change went well, but they offered to replace my rear windshield wiper. The person assisting me was rather large and I remember specifically that the person inside the shop told him “We only have 12 inch blades” and my car’s rear windshield wiper measures 10 inches. Despite this they put it on my rear windshield wiper arm anyway and it got stuck for months. My rear windshield wiper arm is now damaged from them putting on a 12 inch blades rather than a 10 inch. I would have rather they were honest about being out of stock, than putting the wrong size blade on my read windshield arm and breaking it. I now need to get it replaced. I’m not coming back to this location and I’m letting my friends and family to go elsewhere, as they care more about meeting sales goals than the customer.

Very bad service at this location. The personnel doesn’t know how to change air filter, check battery and also communicate . They damaged the cover of my car while removing air filter and complained that clips have been missing .
