I had my car battery tested at two other facilities, and both confirmed it was at 100%. I feel like I was being taken advantage of, and I’m glad I didn’t fall for the misinformation. During my previous visit, my oil cap was also not put back on correctly after my oil change. I gave Valvoline a second chance, I will not be returning.

Took my car here for an oil change. The next day, the car was leaking oil and the engine light came on. It cost $600 to fix at a reputable mechanic because Valvoline didn’t put the oil drain plug back correctly. You will have a better luck if you try to change your own oil with your eyes closed. Avoid this location at all costs.
