It went fairly well with the prices being provided up front for the oil and main air filter, but no price was mentioned when suggesting the cabin air filter, so I mistakenly figured it was similar to the other one; however, it seems I was charged $49.99 for a filter I cannot find online for more than $20, with most around $15. I understand a slight markup for labor, but when the regular air filter was $24.99, and there was NO mention that the cabin air filter was TWICE that price, I feel as if the employee completely took advantage of the situation with deceptive tactics. Especially since I told her I was from out of state, and wanted to have the service done before I returned. I will not only NOT return to a Valvoline station, but I will tell my mother, who lives two minutes away, and others, to never give their business to them

Talia was very efficient, very pleasant, and very professional. Perhaps the most professional of anyone Iu2019ve interacted with at VIOC over the years. She asked permission to look at various things like wipers and the interior air filter, and explained what she was looking for; then did NOT try to pressure me to buy something I did not need. She explained everything being done step by step and made paying $100 for an Oil Change (YIKES!) almost tolerable. An overall very positive experience. Thank You Talia.
