The oil change itself was fine, but the lack of communication ruined the experience. During the service, it was mentioned that the windshield washer fluid was added. However, after the service my washer fluid warning light was still on.
I had to park, go back inside, and ask about it. Only then was I told they were actually out of washer fluid and asked to come back next week. I waited almost 30 minutes for the service, and being told afterward that something listed as completed was not actually done is unacceptable. This should have been clearly communicated upfront

Employees complained when I used a coupon and upon completion of oil change i tipped and didn’t even get a thank you from the employee, employee just said okay. Other than that good oil change.
