I appreciated the "Informer/Advisor" approach as opposed to one of "Scare/Pressure the Customer" into additional services. That's a home run. The lack of online pricing is a big miss. This forced me to use more of my (very limited) time for a phone call. The agent was fine and helpful, but this extra step is off putting and very nearly caused me to go elsewhere (e.g., a provider with online pricing).
