From when my oil change was completed since then my engine light came on, my vvt Solenoids need replaced. I have an appointment with them Wednesday with my mechanic to have them changed out. However Iu2019m not so sure now wether too wait or not. As I pulled into my apartment complex today I heard a knocking noise coming from the engine bay so I get out to try and figure out what it is and I have little to no oil in my car! Iu2019m enraged and hope no extensive damage is done.

While there were only two people at the time, and the second was definitely still learning, the manager was very friendly, clear, and concise with everything. There was a little bit of a wait due to other cars and lack of staff overall, but the staff gave it their best and it truly showed.

My experience was not influenced by the personnel or by how politely they welcomed me or described their plans. The fact that they couldn't determine whether my air conditioner could be recharged was my sole worry. They said that another portion of my automobile was obstructing their view, which made it difficult for them to connect your unit to my air conditioning system. I'm not sure if I want to return and get this checked out because I was there for a while before they acknowledged they couldn't assist. They were exceedingly polite and kind.

I was the first customer in and everyone was very friendly and pleasant to me. Began the oil change and I noticed the sign indicated that Valvoline did AC recharges. Asked the gentleman helping me (He was the Assistant Manager) about it and he told me the pricing and said I could get a discount for doing it that day. Our AC was almost played out, so I had him recharge it. It took quite a while as our AC freon was almost empty, but it was done well and now our AC is blowing cold and comfortable again. It would have taken us several days to get an appointment somewhere with a mechanic and Valvoline did it within 1 day. Thank you very much!
