I stopped by 3-22-26 at the Quincy location. I was needing an oil change. They didn’t have the oil filter in stock. They had me switch lanes so someone else could pull in before me. I waited again for my turn and then was directed to pull in. They eventually told me after all that, I needed to come back. I was told they didn’t know when they would get the oil filter. The red head lady was quite rude. She said they don’t have call back cards, no manager on site. Don’t waste your time here!
