My guy has a tricky cabin filter to get through that took some time and they spent a good amount of time in the heat of the day to get it done and taken care. Zach, Cody, and the manager’s name who I missed, were all super helpful. I’m not sure what their wages are, but they are not getting paid enough. They were fantastic. Positive through the whole grueling experience

Staff didn't seem all that interested in my input...on MY vehical. Somewhat dismissive actually. The worst part was the guy who took a shop towel and started rubbing the dust on my vehical INTO my paint surface. Who doesn't know that dust is abrasive. I had to go home, wash the vehical and polish out all the scratches he put into the clear coat. Maybe some training on such things would help, he was very young. No one was unfriendly, just not much to brag about. Hours were excellent however... so hard to get anything done after 6pm.

I went to do a n oil change, they pulled me in the bay pop my hood got my information on the computer, then proceeded to tell me that they were out of the oil my car needs. So I was when will you get the oil in they said Wednesday. I was like ok I would be back. They were going to close my hood and bent the leaver that keeps my hood open so it takes them like another 40 minutes to fix it the lead guy that was training the young guy's proceed to tell him that he is costing the company money they can fire him. But never apologize to me once for ruining my latch for my hood.
