They added windshield washer fluid to my antifreeze reservoir. The guy said to me I added windshield washer fluid because it was really low. I replied, I filled it up this morning it can't be,is it leaking, he gave me a blank stare and said no. I forgot about it until I had not heat. I later thought my thermostat was going out in my car. My car stalled on christmas to my surprise my antifreeze reservoir was topped off with bright blue fluid. My windshield washer fluid is purple. They denied doing it. Anyone that knows me knows I have been taught and have grown up working on my vehicle’s. The only reason I didn't change my oil was because it was cold and had snowed. Do not trust them,they are costing me a lot of money to fix the problem. They also refuse for me to see the video, but say they have watched it and the technician added fluid to right spot. Hmm, what spot I added purple fluid that morning so what fluid besides oil did he add? Oh they admitted to me on the phone with customer care that their windshield fluid was in fact blue.

Thought I’d try the Quincy Store and was disappointed. Girl tried tightening paper oil filter, plastic cap of course, righty righty tighten lefty loosey my friend. Hopefully they don’t strip anything else out, like the oil plug. Keeping my fingers crossed Lmao.
