Once in the service center, they listed my options for an oil change and verified that no other servicing recommended by Jeep were due at this time. During the servicing the staff communicated with each other and kept me updated on the process. Upon completing the service, they were thankful to be able to be of service to me.

Okay, so this was my very first time going to do an oil change all by myself, and I was already really nervous because I hear a lot of nightmare stories about being pressured into different services or feeling rushed and a burden to unhappy employees but everyone here was so nice! They explained everything thoroughly and I didn’t miss anything. They mentioned recommended services but told me right away there was no pressure to add that on that day. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Once I pulled in there were two young gentleman helping me, they seemed to be aloof to everything going on, I asked if they could put in an air filter I had and the gentleman said I don’t know if I can do that, then they opened up my air filter box and told me I needed a new one, I then again asked can you put in this one I bought. He said let me ask my manager, 10min later he came back and said the manager said it costs $10 to put it in. I said never mind. Then they did the oil change, put air in the tires. I gave them cash and had to ask for my change back. When I looked at the receipt page, it said they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and they did not. The two young men were nice but were being very immature amongst themselves. The manager was in his office on his cell phone then walked out still on his cellphone out to the front front of the building and smoked a cigarette. I have been to other Valvoline’s and this one by far was the worst experience ever. I will not be going back to this Valvoline ever again and just go to the ones I know do a good job.
