I went to Valvoline yesterday to get my oil changed and got new wipers as well. I was assisted by Evan Jake and JB. They were all super friendly and professional while assisting me with my vehicle. Towards the end of my oil change the cap somehow disappeared they searched and searched but to no avail. Jake called around to get a new cap for my car while JB and a few others kept searching for the old cap. They kept me updated on their progress and apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused me. I appreciate how hard they worked to keep my car in working order even with the lost cap. After a while Jake left to purchase a new oil cap. Once he returned they got the cap put on and got me in and out. They were very grateful for my understanding and continued to apologize for the inconvenience. I will forever be going to the Waterloo location because of the amazing 5 star service and friendly professional workers. Thank you so very much Jake, Evan and JB and anyone else I may have missed for your hardworking and amazing professionalism. You are amazing. I hope to see you all at my next oil change.

Avoid the Waterloo Illinois location at all cost! Took our BMW 428i in for an oil change as I didn’t have time to do it. Manager said they could not change the oil because the drain plug was stripped but they did change the filter. I change the oil and the plug was not stripped. I have no idea what they were looking at. Moreover why would you change the filter if you don’t change the oil. They have no clue what they are doing. I have the drain plug if the manager or owner want to challenge me on the facts.
