I have been coming to this location for years and this time Jordan was exceptional she is the first person to check my cabin filter and even explain to me the importance of changing the cabin filter. This was my first time visiting this chain and was completely surprised at the treatment. The technician didn't explain at all what/why they were doing things, just shouting out "left turn signal, breaks, etc". I figured out after a bit that they were checking various lights, but it was just perplexing at first. They also opened both my drivers side door (to unlatch my hood, but they could have asked me to do it!) and passenger side (checking something unexplained in the glove compartment), without telling me first which was quite startling and felt especially invasive going into my glove compartment, moving things around and saying they'd need to take apart the dash (!). I had to tell them to forget it and close it all up. Usually the filter needs changing (which I did) but the technician had a long list of "you better check this" and then immediately went right into how much a dealer would charge me, and how much cheaper they would be, without even explaining what was wrong that so urgently needed fixing. I just said "no" to it all and couldn't get out of there fast enough. In the end they didn't reset the "oil change needed" light in my car so I had to figure out how to reset it myself. Not a big deal, but there was no way I was going back to ask them to do it!
