The staff did not have any knowledge of either customer service nor radiator fluid flush. My cap was burnt off. Also the radiator fluid was not filled left me half tank- I highly recommend hiring individuals who are certified for services before you get a suit in your hands.

The staff spent quite a while going through a list of services, some of which weren’t even applicable to my car. They were polite. The one service I would’ve gotten done, he mentioned, but then told me that they couldn’t do it because they don’t have a lift. I would love to get my tires rotated while I get an oil change for convenience.

They advised that actually I was early to get an oil change and could wait. It was my decision to get ahead with it anyway. I had new wipers put on. I know after watching them, I would not have been able to do it. One of the techs even took a cicada offthe edge of my hood which would have made a mess once the hood was closed.
