It was everything! All of the staff were very clean and well dressed, interactions from both people was prompt, courteous, and informative. When I spoke with Tim, (he handled most of my service) he was super helpful, very polite, and just a pleasure to speak with! He took time to educate me on the different things that I had questions about. I was so impressed! I have used Jiffy Lube in the past and just assumed that all of these places were essentially the same. That is definitely NOT the case! I will be back from now on.
