When I pulled up both bays were occupied and she told me to get in Lane 2. Just as they were finishing the car ahead of me in the bay she came back out, had the other 2 cars BEHIND ME back up and told me to get in line for Bay 1. Then they proceed to take the car behind me right in and start doing their oil change!! When I finally got to pull in to the bay I said "Can I ask what the hell that was?" And she said they were there first...uhh NO, there was no one in line when I got there! They were finished with that oil change before they even started mine and when I brought that up I got no apology, nothing but "Oh I thought they were there first" Lady you're the one who told me to pull up to the 2nd bay and there was no one in the parking lot except me. Again, not even oh gee I'm sorry, she just walked away and avoided me until it was time to pay. Absolutely beyond rude!!
