When I arrived I was informed by staff that they were short staffed and that my wait would be 25 to 30 minutes long and if I wanted I could visit the store in Bethalto and I replied that I just left the store in Alton but no one was there and all the Bay areas were closed and that was why I ended up at the location in Woodriver and he seemed as though he was surprised because he said that location should've been open, but all was well 😀 I got my oil changed with a smile 😃 and the wait did not seem as long as expected...I am a satisfied customer.

One of them was just standing around. Just watching. I guess the manager was busy with the lady next to us. Was was there instead of 15 minutes. Was there an hour and 15 minutes? They didn't check the lights.Brakes breaks anything.I had to ask him to check the tires. Very, very poor. Attitudes and communication.
