It was just an oil change. Staff was training, I hope they did it correctly. I had to remind the individual to give me my aarp discount. I came for an oil change and didn't care about the additional services offered at Valvoline. I am not a marketing tool so I don't recommend services to anyone.

I always use the Valvoline in wood river. I live in Bethalto. The staff always greets me. They get me right in and out. If it is delayed they will always walk out to see what I need. I like human interaction. I had a problem with my car and needed to go to a shop. They explained to me what problem it was. They’re very honest. I like that in a store and staff.
