MARCUS ! did much of the under-carriage work.. great interaction aND HELPED ME DECIDE IF i WANTED 5w30 OR 0w30 (I went with 5w30) but didnt pressure me just answered my questions ! elizaberth put the oil in my vehicle.. same thing.. she just answered my q's and helped clear out the info inside so it re-set to my oil having 100% life again.. alex heled fill a tire I had wanted a few lbs of pressure added..Cliff.. seemed to be supv/mgr and was very personable, he obviously looks out for his crew.. this promotes a true "team" ambiance ! THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE A TIP FROM ME !

Some places when you show a coupon they just tell you why you can't use it. The technician just scanned it and kept it moving. Everyone was friendly. When I said I thought I needed an air filter they checked it and said I didnt'. I could SEE the oil being removed and replaced which gives me confidence and I was told about what services were available for my vehicle. It's really close and convenient to my home and I am very satisfied with the people and services.

My vehicle required extra oil as it takes 6.9 quarts. No one explained the extra charge for the extra oil. This was my first oil change with this new vehicle and it would have been nice for someone to explain that the Pallisade takes more than the standard 5 quarts.
