Never had a drip plate issue until going to these guys. When it was dragging on the pavement the day after going to them, their corporate office said I'd hear back about it; I never did. When I went back to have them fix it, they said the screws were all missing and it was very damaged by age and there was nothing they could do but zip tie it. Maybe it's true that they didn't do anything wrong, but they were very condescending toward me. Also paid for my transmission fluid servicing. A few weeks later, I had to get my transmission fixed at another place who had to fill it completely, said it wasn't all of the way full. Broke my trust in this business.
