Waited over an hour then an employee came and told us they may move someone ahead of us. If they are gonna run it that way they need to stop cars as they come in and make them wait in one line. They had 3 lines going so we took the shortest. We would have left if they had moved someone ahead of us. That is just poor customer service. Also, every Valvoline center I have ever used has a person at s computer at every bay for the techs to call out what they were doing. That is s safety feature I appreciate but they didn't have that here.
