I agreed, he said cabin filters are expensive., never gave An exact price.It was 54.99 when I got the receipt, I came home unhappy w price, looked it up online and could have purchased it at auto store for 14.99.I could have saved $40. I was taken care of as soon as I pulled into the bay. Staff immediately helped me, asked what I was wanting to have done, and explained all of the things that they were going to check in addition to the oil change. They showed me the different filters that they checked and asked me if I wanted to replace them. They gave me their opinion when I asked and were honest, not trying to get me to spend more money. Everyone was incredibly friendly and kept asking if there was anything else I needed.
