Had a groupon, lady scanned it I marked it redeemed to later was told I could not use groupon cause the oli the put in my car. They used synthetic blend instead of full synthetic like the groupon was for. Had to pay out of pocket and could not get my 76.00 back for groupon. On top of it all they did not change my oil filter, didnt check tire pressure, lights.

Staff was fantastic! Quick and professional! The only issue I had was the overall cost. I was very much appreciative of the staff notifying me of promotions and savings, but Valvoline corporate's pricing structure is a little high. SOME of the (air) filters were a bit pricy. The cabin was in line with what I can get in a store but the engine air filter was about $15 more. I'm totally happy with paying a little more if it's being installed for me but THEN adding labor on top of the price of an oil change, Valvoline Corporate, you need to adjust this. 6.9 qts of synthetic and two air filters came out to being $144 WITH COUPONS. Lower your pricing structure a little. Staff is PHENOMENAL...pricing not so much.

This was my first time at this location. The staff never cracked a smile, barely acknowledged us only to state the price. They did NOT check tire pressure level (although it is stated in the invoice), they did NOT check the mileage and did not reset the oil indicator on my car after service. This was by far the fastest service I ever received at Valvoline. Did not offer any additional service to buy (normally always do, and I am pretty sure I need to have filter changed. => they normally at my regular Valvoline location, check a filter thru my glove compartment - did not do that this time). When I got to the location - it was empty - absolutely no wait. I wonder why...

Mike the manager is the reason people keep coming to this Valvoline. From having terrible experiences in the past with auto care. Mike was helpful and happy to help and did it all while being very personable. This man deserves a substantial raise and should be given it soon. You have to reward good employees in this current work environment when so many people aren’t willing to even show up Mike is more than willing to go above and beyond. Give this man a raise!!!!

I don't like to be told that I need certain things for my vehicle. When I already told him I take care of it myself and I don't like the fact that they left greasy Fingerprints all over the hood of my white car. I had just washed the car before. I took it in to get the oil changed and they just left greasy hand prints on the hood. The guy that was opening the hood kept telling me that it was a double latch and I kept telling him.It is not so I had to get out and open the hood for him
