Usually when I go to this location, I have no problems. I was there today 12/23 and I had terrible service. Staff was extremely disorganized. They did not show me my dipstick, they didn’t tell me my total, and I had to ask for wiper fluid twice, and they still didn’t fill it. I went around 5pm. When I did ask to see my dipstick, the guy held it 5ft away from me. I do not wish to do business with Valvoline again if this is how their staff is trained.

Very nice young fellers! I'm a DAV Grunt, hard of hearing, they accomodated me! One feller even held door open for me!
