Second visit with this vehicle, both times the incorrect mileage was put down. This is important for carfax reasons. Also, it was stated my power steering is "sealed" which it is not. My battery was not checked and there was no mention of resetting my oil light. I was offered many other services at additional costs but if you can't handle an oil change probably can't do the other services either.

Exceptional service every single time. My husband and I won’t go anywhere else. We used to get oil changes at Walmart because it was cheap but I could always tell why it was cheap every time I left the lot and was back there so soon for another one. Valvoline is expensive, yes, BUT you get amazing customer service from extremely kind and helpful people…quality product, and they check literally everything for you without trying to push you to get every little thing but they will be honest about what’s really important. I had my transmission oil changed there and didn’t even know that was a thing 🤦🏼‍♀️ and once it was done I couldn’t believe how much better my vehicle was running. Trust them! I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Buy once, cry once. At least your vehicle is properly taken care of. These people are great here!
