SaidI i could get the tires rotated,but couldn't do it after the oil change. I would have gone elsewhere had I been properly informed. Sticker for the windiw showing next oil change mileage, and ny receipt, had an incorrect mikeage listed that was 100,000 miles high.

I realize I arrived at 6p; however, you are open until 7p. I asked for coolant, oil change & headlight. I was told unable to do coolant because of time (come back tomorrow @ 7:30a), oil was completed, headlight I was told that they didnu2019t have same. I had one they did put in. I am thankful for that but not likely to return to this particular store. I realize short handed; however, I do not feel that my experience was something that I want to return to. I can take my money and time somewhere else!

I typically get my oil changed at the Chevy dealership in Columbus, however, I havent had time to dedicate to sitting and waiting for 1-2 hours. I saw online they could be finished in 15 minutes, which is what sparked my interest. The gal that checked me in let me know that they recommended Synthetic oil, and the price was about $130. I typically pay $80 at the dealership, so I was shocked at the higher price. I assumed a quicker in/out time would be less costly. I told her I didnt know what that meant, because I know nothing about oil-I dont know what Synthetic means. She just stared at me, offering no explanation at all. I agreed to the price because i was already over 3k miles from my last oil change, and didnt know if there were cheaper options. She did ask if i needed new windshield wipers, and i did. So, that was nice to take care of that while I was in as well. I think I've bought into the quick in/out oil change, but probably would choose another similar site in town, hoping for better explanations. This isn't my area of expertise, and I needed more explanation.

I was happy to get right in but it seemed to take a long time. First associate looked to be having a bad day. Looked glum. I usually have my oil changes at Jiffy Lube, but your prices are a little better. As a retiree I need to make my money stretch.

Got oil changed in past, had a negative experience (due to faulty installation of my air filter; check engine light came on). Came back for oil changed, specified do not mess with air filter. They did, took the clamp off, threw it away, & let us leave. Car started driving weird, went to brother (who worked @ tire&lube in past), he mentioned clamp is missing & to go back. Went back, Haley helped us again & she was INCREDIBLY rude both times & to associates/other customers. Got mad when told her it was not driving right, went and bought a clamp, put it on. Not even a mile down the road, check engine light came on. Never received an apology or update on my vehicle status. Went to Jiffy Lube to get it fixed. At this time, I am unsure whether I am willing to go back, especially if Haley is working there. I am requesting a refund because my time and the service received was horrendous.
