Always had great experiences with this location until last week. Took my car in for an oil change with no issues, 12 hours later there is steam billowing out of my hood. Took it to a shop, they find a crack in the coolant reservoir right below the return hose where they said “it looks like maybe somebody just leaned on it” then proceeded to quote me nearly $600 to replace it with similar quotes at every other shop I’ve called. Sometimes the convenience of a quick oil change isn’t worth the risk of the carelessness that comes with it, as they have denied any responsibility for the issue that didn’t exist before they opened my hood and is now preventing me from getting to work every day.
