Received an oil change today at west evansville at 11:35 am. I noticed the monitors are missing that show the technician under your car which makes me a little uneasy. I had Jordan as one of the technicians. He seemed a little careless working under my hood and with the oil filter. He was just plopping his tools around and some of them even rubbing on the paint of my car. The other technician asked me if i wanted a fuel treatment and i told him no. He continued by adding the fuel treatment in my car while Jordan was telling me to start my engine…. Entire experience made me very uneasy.

Always quick, always efficient. I can get an oil change on my lunch break with time to spare. They check my lights, tires, a few other things too. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
