I’m not one to leave reviews but this was one of the most unprofessional visits I’ve ever been to. When we first got there, an employee was saying “Jesus Christ” about people pulling up behind us while he was doing our light check. Then, when he was filling up the coolant he spilled it all over the place. Then he grabbed the hood of our 4Runner with dirty oil covered hands to close it. Like both hands all fingers down. They also were leaning on the fenders while waiting for the people in the pit to finish. Which left grease spots. Next, the mechanic that was doing the actual oil change couldn’t figure out where the oil filter was. He came up from the pit and literally googled it in front of us. He went down below again and used an impact the get the skid plate off. There are four m8 bolts that break off easily, so you should use a ratchet. We mentioned this to woman that was working and she told the mechanic. He basically said he wasn’t going to do that with some cuss words, but she made him because that’s what we requested. So anyways, I WOULD NOT recommend getting your oil changed here.

Larry and Zachary were very polite, helpful, and quick.
Larry allowed me to ask the questions I had and took the time to give me answers.
I love that the staff are smiling while they work, you can tell they enjoy what they do.
