I went in to get my oil changed, they asked how I was paying for it, I said cash, then they started changing it with out scanning my vin number, I thought they did it every time they change your oil. A little bit later I was done, so I left. A few days later my oil light came on said I needed oil. I new that wasn't right, a few days later it came on again so I stopped by Eich Brothers for them to check my oil and they said I was 3 or 4 quarts low. So I told them I just had it changed. So they called them and they looked at the video and said they found it and told Eich Brothers he didn't put enough oil in it and he was fired. Now I'm having all kinds of trouble with my engine and now they say I was never there except in February. I can't afford a new engine for my truck and I'll probably loose my job because this is the only truck I have and I won't be able to get to work. I will never go there again and I hope my family and friends don't either.
