Tried the Valvoline in N41. They didn’t have the right filter. Went to the N Green River location, had the filter. I asked while they were doing the oil change if they were going to check my tire pressure since she opened the door to get the reading. She said yes but then they never checked it before I left.

Disappointed. The people were polite and everything seemed to go well. I asked two different workers to make sure my tires were aired up. One tire had been visibly low earlier. After I paid and left, I stopped to get gas and none of my tires had been aired up.

Today was first time getting an oil change here kinda rude said air pressure in tires were at 30 lbs I let air out b4 I went there to check there work tires only had 22 lbs big fail guys will not be back stop being lazy we pay alot of money for our vehicles sad
