Friendly employees and the one doing the work in my car worked with a stripped out screw in order to get it out to check a filter which ended up needing a new one because it was very dirty. I think the last place I went couldn’t get the screw out and let it go. He was very nice and explained things to me and didn’t at all make me feel bad because I didn’t know how to do stuff (like pop the hood and other things

No waiting, the senior technician took charge and walked the less experienced technician through the truck requirement’s testing his knowledge as they worked. Their was no delay in service and it was good to see that the technicians take pride in their workplace and push their coworkers to be better.
