This place really took my son for a ride. I told my boy not to go to Valvoline because they would screw him, which they did. Been running full synthetic in my Equinox since new, the sticker under the hood sho have tipped them off, instead they used conventional oil to refill. I had to take it somewhere else to have the correct oil put in. Then they told him it needed an ar filter, granted the air and cabin filters were replaced a week prior. The air filter even had the date it was changed written right on top where they could clearly see it.. Beware of this place. And make sure if you ever have your kid take your vehicle in for an oil change they know exactly where to take it and that the shop knows it's coming and what you want.
