Great service and honest good help but lack of options and bringing my preferred oil in was the only reason it wasn't a 5 start

Whoever did my oil change did not properly reinstall the skid plate on my car. The screws all fell out before I made it 5 miles away and the whole skid plate was flapping under my vehicle. I had to pull the over and have my husband zip tie it in place so we could at least make it home. None of the bolts were even remotely tight, even after I heard this person struggling with an impact for 5-10 minutes. I called the day before to make sure they could service my vehicle because I’d been turned away before because of this skid plate. I paid almost $200 for services just for someone to let me drive off, knowing that part was not properly installed and it would fall off. I called and left a message at the location 4 days ago and haven’t heard anything. Never again will I let anyone there near my vehicles.
