On an earlier oil change visit, the manager expressed regret that he did not have a part that my 2010 Nissan Sentra required. He said he would order it and I could come in at my convenience to have it installed. That installation was the purpose of this visit. The part (cabin air filter) was in stock and was promptly installed by the manager. It was a rather complicated work process, but he acted quickly and without complaint. I was in and out in under 60 minutes. The staff was pleasant and helpful - as always.

the price of a basic oil change at Valvoline that exceeds $100 is nearly double, and sometimes triple the price of your competitors that offer all the "free" services you do as well. Additionally, the crew deflated my tires from the recommended pressure and I had to go to Belle Tire nearby and reinflate to the proper air pressure.I have been going exclusively to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for years...but the outrageous pricing is quickly becoming an obstacle to me continuing to do so and/or recommend to my family/friends.
