Only gave me one choice for oil, didnu2019t show me new oil filter or any other options used. Simply showed me the dipstick. They also sucked out the oil from the top rather than letting it drain and I believe this is the wrong/lazy way to do it and dangerous to add oil to a vehicle after pulling oil out from the top. Unless itu2019s the only way, which I know itu2019s not (dealership drains the oil from the bottom and fills up with whatever type I want, doesnu2019t have to be European synthetic, any synthetic oil would do. So, I was overcharged and forced into an oil change I did not want - more affordable options were not provided and pressure to add every possible add on, from fuel injector cleaning to new wiper blades, lights, etc. So many things the car didnu2019t need were pointed out based on its u201cservice scheduleu201d but I drive the car less than 1000 miles a year, so I donu2019t trust any service schedule as the car is rarely driven. Just not a good experience- techs didnu2019t inform me and were just doing a job, not worried about my satisfaction or experience

Could have had more knowledge on potential tire rotation. I asked for my tires to be rotated, as the front tires are losing tread and my vehicle is front wheel drive. However, the attendant told me that a tire rotation isnt necessary today. They said that even though it is front wheel drive, you typically want your back tires to have more tread. That didnt make sense to me and i later found out this was false. With my car being front wheel drive, the front wheels will wear down quicker and should be rotated. Going in again soon for the tire rotation. Not a big deal and the staff was still very accommodating.
