The bay I was waiting for took much longer than the adjacent bays so although I was there first customers on either side of me got in before me, then a customer with a issue was put in front of me and I was move to wait for a vehicle that pulled in after I got there. After the oil change my battery was dead and had to be jumped. I have had no issue before Valvoline tested my battery.
