Always leave happy. But not today. Did not check lights today. Tried to push everything on their web site. Automatically putting new air filter. Just got one last oil change. Then the guy waiting on me just left. Waiting and waiting. Finally ask what's going on. Another person came over to help me. I drove home and noticed oily fingerprints on my fender. I opened the hood and had oil on top of the engine. The oil cap was there but not screwed tight. Like I said I've always been happy with their service, not this time.
