Originally they didn’t have the filter for my car and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. They gave my daughter a popsicle while we waited. Ended up waiting about five minutes. Overall the experience was positive. I came in to get my AC filled because it wasn’t cold enough. The technicians seemed to have trouble finding the ports to hook up the ac machine. The adviser told me they found a cap missing on one of the fill ports and that this could have been the cause of the leak. I’m not a technician but I’ve been around it enough to know that the cap being off the high or low pressure port won’t cause a leak. Just the lack of knowledge I felt from both the technicians and the service advisor was not impressive. Overall the reason for my visit was positive and Thea/c does work but I left feeling like they were not confident they performed the service correctly.

If I could rate this service higher than Highly Satisfied, I would. Excellent customer service is so rare these days that the staff at this location blew me away! They were friendly, thorough, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to explain so many things to me. They also seemed to work very well together and had excellent communication with me and with each other, which was great to experience! These gentlemen were top tier quality in all aspects!
