The employees were very nice and they have a great work flow and communicate with each other well. It also went rather quick, we didn’t have to wait long at all. They are quick but thorough. They made sure all of the lights and turn signals were working, showed me the disgusting air filter that needed changed, they were just very nice and it was my first time not going to the dealership and I was skeptical, but I will return for my oil changes as the dealership is 45 minutes away.

I have used Valvoline Instant Oil change many times in the past. This time around the customer service was fair at best. Some examples, 1.) I had just washed my car and in all previous visits the service personnel would ensure to wipe down the hood and quarter panels of the car to remove finger prints and greasy residue from the service. That did not happen this time around. 2.) I was asked what I wanted my tire pressure set to and I specifically told them 37PSI. When I was finished with my appt I looked at my tire pressures on my instrument panel and they still all read what they were reading before the service which means they didn't fill the tires with the air I requested. 3.) Trying to upsell me on a fuel treatment for $20. Anyone who knows cars, know that is a complete waste of money but other people that don't know this would probably purchase that and get suckered out of $20. Worst customer service I have had at this location since I have been taking my cars there.
