It was awful. Technician tried to sell products I didnt want even when I said no thank you. He then told me the Escape had major transmission fluid leak when NO it doesn't. I called my mechanic and he immediately checked that out with 100% guarantee no major leaks any where. Valvoline technician is NOT a transmission specialist. The basic oil change was a total rip off ($53). I will not go back or recommend Valvoline to anyone!
