Very slow service. I was in the bay for 45 minutes. Workers walked around like they were untrained. Not pleased.

Copied the text: My son came in to have his oil changed at 5:42pm. He left there and drove 2 miles to a friends house and parked. When heading home at 10pm, his low oil pressure light came on and also said turn engine off. When he got home he checked and had no oil in his car! I was able to stop, on my way home, and get oil for his car. I put almost 4 1/2 quarts of oil in his car! I called the branch the following day and they had me bring the car back on Monday. The manager verified that there are no leaks and no oil anywhere around the engine bay. He was very confused because he couldn’t explain where the oil went. The only explanation is that no oil was put back in! I have not heard back from the manager and I am very upset with the lack of response on this matter. I would like someone to contact me to rectify this situation. Thank you.
