Seemed distracted by other employees at times. The person doing computer intake inside the bay was talking to me and mid sentence walked off to respond to employee request for some item and came back like 3-4 minutes later then left again. The wait was excessively long - for u201cInstant oil changeu201d garage door being worked on - moved around in line a couple of times by staff the. Back to original bay when repairman done

I been going to this location quite a while. Most time they donu2019t know what they doing in terms of other errand like changing air filter or removing engine face bottom plate. They keep breaking my air filter cover screws with power tool they use. Also face plate screws removing but not putting it back correctly. It is very easy task. Not putting all the screws back and only keeping on 3 screw instead of 11 and left loose face plate. If face plate fall will be a bigger accident. Main concern was employee and manger knows they broke the screw for air filter cover but not letting customer know. Leave it as it is on onlyOne screw. It is loosing engin efficiency as gap remain for air filer cover. Avoid using power tool so it doesnu2019t happens while removing or putting it back, or use power to that doesnu2019t have lots of power so screw doesnu2019t break. Train staff accurately how to remove face plate and putting it back correctly with all screw.

They never checked my lights at all this visit. I had 2 headlights out. The person under my hood at first, attempted to take my air filter cover off but was unsuccessful and really struggling. It is not that hard to remove and he started to undo another spot to get it to come out and I told him not to even worry about it because I wasnu2019t worried. Honestly it is about time to replace it but he was undoing a spot that was not necessary and it seemed like he was going to continue struggling so I stopped it before he had issues with reassembly. Limited to 1200 characters or I would share more.

Not this visit, but one prior. The girls filled my wiper fluid with antifreeze. I had to pay a mechanic shop $260 to put a new tank in because the antifreeze was like oil all over my windshield and paint. You guys wouldn't even give a discount. I explained this visit as well, also wouldn't give a discount. You guys have costed me so much money and refuse to even give a discount, or care. When i happened the lady admitted it, but still charged me full price! But, I'm the idiot that keeps going back.
