I was the third car waiting to get into the bay, which I didn't mind. It would be my second time at this location, and I appreciate the quick yet thorough service. However, one of the gentlemen had to change my oil and come back up to do the rest of the inspection or ask for help when he could. Even though he was kind, I didn't like that because I feel like that leaves room for errors, or you might forget a step. My tires weren't aired, my lights weren't checked, and after getting home I looked at my reciept and saw "Engine oil leak noted." Noted with who? Not me. Was it a big leak, small leak, did you see a crack, etc. I feel like that is something that should be addressed with the customer on the spot - no matter how big or small the leak. That way I don't blame you all for something or let time go on and it gets worse. Good thing I said yes to the receipt or I wouldn't have known. Then, I called to get clarity, turns out it's a customer support rep not even at that location. Great. Other than that, everyone was pleasant. I just don't like being blinded like that, so now I may go back to the dealer or another location.

Wha a great team that took care of our winter car. Normally Subaru dealer handles this, but first thing in the morning on a Saturday winter. Day, 8 AM. , both Andrea and Anthony took good care of our car’s needs. FAST, curious, and clean. Thank you Valvoline team !
