inattentiveness - no oil level verification, they did not air up my tires, did not check my lights, but did all that for the vehicle in the stall next to me. maybe i wasn't pretty like she was, but that was blatant and ridiculous. i'm second guessing whether or not they actually changed my oil

When I arrived, there were 3 vehicles in front. Took nearly 2 hrs to actually get into the bay. There was no sense of urgency from the staff. Everyone was taking their time. One staff did ask politely if he could open the door to scan. I was informed that they didn't have the correct oil filter and i could either drive to the Southport location or he could call Autozone and see if they could deliver one in 5-15 minutes. As I didn't want to wait an additional 2 hrs at another location, he had the one delivered. It did arrive quickly. The oil change took 30-45 minutes. As they were finishing up, one of the staff pulled off the bar that holds open the hood. He had to get another member to reattach it. At no time did anyone give any acknowledgement of the long wait. Several did wish me a good day as I left. The next morning I got a call from customer service informing me that they had forgotten to put the engine cover back on and that I should return to the location. I did return and the technician put it back on. Again, no apology, just have a good day.
