Was in and out very quickly. Staff was pleasant and professional when speaking to me. However, some people (not me) wouldu2019ve been offended to hear side conversations lol I asked for them not to fill wiper fluid but they did anyways. I use a better brand. I am a fleet driver and yu2019all use cheap wiper fluid. It smears bugs, not remove them from windshield. So that made me mad.

Came into bay 1, the staff was great! They informed me my skid plate was zip tied to the bottom of my car, asked if I would like it removed and informed me if they put it back on it might drag so I asked them to take it off completely. They offered to throw it away for me, but I decided to keep it so when I buy a new one I know that itu2019ll match perfectly without confusion. They answered any questions I had, even went into detail! Iu2019ve recommended so many people due to my experience and how quick they were. Also the discounts you guys have are great! I love that you guys check and fill fluids, check the battery, check and fill tires, check the engine filter. It was a relief because after my appointment I was helping my sister move from Indianapolis to Muncie and was scared my car was going to not handle it well. I forgot to mention how clean my oil was. It has been almost 2 years since my oil has looked that clean! Every other place tells me that it looking dark and gross is normal. This was wayyyyyy cleaner than any previous experience. I will be back (:
