Not a staff member issue. This is an company issue. Hire more people to service three lanes. All three lanes open but only enough staff to efficiently service one lane. Canu2019t hire more staff? Pay them better.

Left the thing that they use to take out oil filter underneath the hood. Put in the wrong mileage during check in which my sticker be off by 1000 miles. They usually are set for a new oil change every 3000 miles the mileage was258380 when I checked in so my next oil change should be261380 but they had. It at 260380. I depend on this being correct because I recently had a stroke and memory is not as good as it use to be. Returned to location to let them know mileage sticker was in correct he argued me down that it was right . I tried to explain that it would be correct if they hadn't put down the wrong mileage. If I wrong correct me but with a standard oil change don't you recommend every 3000 miles. Love Valvoline just will never return to this one . I had an accident with this location before . Thought I would give them another chance because it is convenient for me because it's close to my job but after this know more chances will visit any other locations besides this one

it was honestly the best experience Iu2019ve ever had getting my oil changed. First of all the employees were welcoming, they looked neat and tidy, not covered with grease and oil like so many are. They were well spoken, knew what they were talking about. They were not at all pushy. It was as if they were simply there to help me. Not to mention, the facility itself was clean as a whistle and even smelled clean. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed.

I was lied to about the price of a new cabin filter. I was told they were $25, but they could sell me one for $15, so I agreed to that price. Later when I looked at my invoice, I saw the kid charged me $25 after all. I do NOT appreciate being lied to about pricing. Thatu2019s a low-down tactic for money making. Do you train these kids to do that?? Iu2019m not happy.

I brought in two vehicles, and the first one the person taking my information told me to leave the car on for a moment, and then got distracted and walked away and never told me to turn it off. The vehicle is a hybrid so the engine was silent, so maybe he forgot, but they put the apparatus in my engine to suck out the oil and I had to shout that the vehicle was still on. This could have been bad, but luckily the gasoline engine never turned over.
