Understanding that the team was working in an enclosed space with the weather being +95*, I get that some things slip through the cracks and people are irritable from the heat - I did not receive my services paper at the end of the interaction, nor was I interacted with besides the required points of interaction (air filter, picking oil, showing oil levels, checkout). Not the worst experience in the world, but I’m used to being able to have full conversations with other facilities and locations.

I got to Valvoline approximately a little after 6 pm, by the time I got in the bay it was over an hour with 3 vehicles ahead of me. As I'm there I was greeted and offered apology for the wait. Speaking honestly the tech working apologized and explained that 3 people quit and 2 got fired in a few short weeks. I left the location a little after 8 pm when they were expected to close at 7.

A fed-X truck. ,I thought it was on fire at first, your crew attempted to open the engine compartment unsuccessfully until one of the staff got it open. What ever they located must have been gross. One on the staff became ill and upchucked.
