The low tire pressure light was on. I explained the issue to the consultant who stated the shop did not have a lift but that the air pressure would be checked and he would do a tactile and visual inspection of the tires. He was very polite and told us how much air was put in and that he didn't find any nails or other causes of the air loss.

I have been to other locations in the area and felt highly intimidated by the staff. This location was the opposite; none of the staff made me feel foolish for not knowing something. For example, when asked if I wanted to replace the engine filter I was unsure and the employee explained how you can tell if it needs replacing. All the staff that communicated with me were accommodating and considerate.

The lady that had was great. Kinda looked like people had more going on besides work. This is a great place. Didnu2019t pop the filter out to show me.

I have been going here for some time and have always had knowledgeable and friendly help. This time I came in with no warning lights and had a check engine light when I started my car. I told them and was advised to go to auto zone to have the code read. Code came back as an air flow sensor. Upon further inspection the wiring harness to the sensor was broken. When valvoline changed my air filter they disassembled the compartment and it took them a few minutes to put it back together. There are clamps that open the compartment to access filter. Disassembly is not needed.

I waited over an hour for a basic oil change and top off fluids. Watched other cars in the left bay get serviced quickly. Right bay took over an hour to service my vehicle. It was hot sitting in the sun and didnu2019t want to waste my gas just sitting there! If the right bay was having issues with getting cars through they could have said that. Instead of allowing customers watch the left bay get cars in and out.
