They started attempting an oil evacuation, which I don't think is best as it doesn't remove all oil and sediment. It did not work so they had to use the drain plug anyway. They said they use the evacuation system, so they don't strip the drain plug. Apparently, they don't have a good tool to remove my oil filter as they used the claw which puts holes in the oil filter being removed and gets oil over the engine, chassis, etc. Now it will drip oil for a while, and I'll smell burning oil. This is not the best experience, and I don't have the same at the dealer.

I love Valvoline. No hassle no stress no pressure and prices are reasonable. If you need something extra done they ask you and show you prior to the service and make sure you agree to it. I apparently did not realize I needed a new filter and they showed me to compare mine to a new one. I had them change it out and it didn't break the bank and was definitely needed. Best part was it wasn't changed unless I agreed to it so I expected the extra charge. Also, I was directed to the site where I could get a coupon texted to me for service which gave me an extra $10 off. Great people great service! Thank you!

i normally always go here and this time it was a little bit different they normally air up the tires and do little things like that and they didnt do this this time and every time i go they say that it will reset the message that i need an oil change and it never does and when i tell them that they just say that it will change and that will change and it never will.
