This Valvoline place is outstanding. In the summer when it was high 90s, those poor guys were roasting. Management needs to provide large floor fans for circulation. There is only one ceiling fan way up high. Felt bad for them.

Cal explained everything they were doing and even brought up some things I didn't know about. How and where the oil was being taken out & where it was going, I never would have known about the interior filter if he hadn't asked to check it out- very quick with the install of the new filter as well as the oil change. We Did not exit the Car. With The Windows rolled down they presented every interaction with a tone of "Every customer is Special". The Customer in the car directly in front of Ours , was a Return customer who Brought the Entire Crew Two large Cakes as a Show of thier Appreciation of the Service and CARE they received. We couldnt agree More - the Entire Crew was a TEAM and a Crew- Too win a Formula One Race you need a Seamless totally together PIT Crew- I would bet on this team in any Race ! They Deserve a CREW THAT WINS A CONTEST -A FREE ALL EXPENSE PAID TRIP TO THE NEXT FORMULA ONE !- THAT WOULD BE A WELL INVESTED ADVERTISEMENT ! Dr. Himes- The Vegas Neurologist-
