Service members did not have my oil on hand and claimed it was an 'uncommon oil' to carry on hand. We waited for 15 minutes for the oil to arrive. The team filled my oil twice, not realizing, and drained it down to a 'safe' level as it was described to me. I had already paid at this point, and the service members asked if I wanted to wait for another 15 minutes or just leave it how it is. They told me my oil change was not complete because the new oil was mixed with the old oil and they didn't have enough to complete another oil change. Terrible experience, asking if I wanted to leave it after paying $100 with a $20 off coupon is insanity. Highly unprofessional, and will be leaving a review about my experience.
