I purchased a Groupon for a $89 full service oil change. At the end the shop told me I was still responsible for an ADDITIONAL $141! They told me the only "real" coupons come from their official website so I would only be given a $24 discount with the voucher I purchased. I contacted Groupon and was told I had to go through the shop. It has now been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a link they're going to send me for an $89 refund. When I followed up with them about never receiving anything I was told they didn't receive my emails, which I had confirmations for that were delivered and time stamped, and the guy the day before acknowledged it had been over a week since I responded via email! They also broke the connection cable for my glove box when they were checking my cabin air filter so now I have to pay to fix that unless I want to take it back to them and let them try to fix it.
